Abstract
Skripsi ini membahas bagaimana profil Rodrigo Duterte dan latar belakang sejarah hukuman mati ada di Filipina. Presiden Duterte telah membuat kebijakan hukuman mati yang telah dihapus pada tahun 2006. Hal itu disebabkan karena beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan tingginya peredaran dan pengguna narkotika, terutama faktor ekonomi dan faktor sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa bagaimana sebab Presiden Rodrigo Duterte membuat kebijakan hukuman mati bagi pengguna dan pengedar narkotika. Kata Kunci : Filipina, Kebijakan, Hukuman mati, Narkotika, Faktor Ekonomi, Faktor Sosial ix This research explains how Rodrigo Duterte's profile and historical background of capital punishment exist in the Philippines. President Duterte has created a death penalty policy that was abolished in 2006. This is due to several factors that lead to high circulation and drug users, especially economic and social factors. This study aims to analyze what causes President Rodrigo Duterte to create a policy of capital punishment for users and narcotics dealers.
