Abstract
Mineral mining industry will be a financial capital to increase gross domestic regional product (GDRP) which is an evaluation tool of economic growth plan. Based on sustainable development concept, calculating GDRP do not consider aspects of mineral resource depletion and environment degradation value. Therefore it is difficult to evaluate the benefit of mining industry associated with sustainable development. The objective of this paper is to introduce concept of green regional income (GRI) and the contribution to regional income. Model used in this paper is econometrics model, which using a multivariate linear regression and trend analysis. The green regional increase of mineral mining industry at Kulonprogro District, Jogjakarta Special Regency is the case study of this paper
