Abstract
Intisari
Perencanaan pembangunan lahan pemukiman harus didasarkan pada aspek fisik,
yang meliputi topografi, jenis tanah, iklim dan bencana alam. Untuk menentukan
lokasi permukiman, ada beberapa hal yang harus diperhatikan baik dari segi teknis
pelaksanaan, penggunaan lahan, kesehatan dan aksesibilitas. Kelurahan Arubara
adalah contoh dari aspek geofisik, yang dapat dievaluasi dari kondisi karakteristik
topografi.
Penelitian tentang daya dukung untuk pemukiman di wilayah bukit Meja, dengan
menggunakan metode observasi, metode overlay dan metode scoring
(pengharkatan).
Tingkat daya dukung lahan untuk permukiman dibagi menjadi 3 dengan menjadikan
kondisi fisik lingkungan berupa parameter pengontrol dalam melakukan evaluasi
lahan untuk lokasi permukiman. Hasil dari evaluasi ini adalah berupa kemampuan
masing-masing lahan yang divisualkan dalam peta daya dukung lahan untuk
permukiman.

Abstract
The planning of land settlement should be based on physical aspect including,
topography soil types, climate and natural disasters. To determine the location,
there 's some things that should be noticed, both in terms of technical
implementation the use of land, health care and access. Arubara urban village is one
of the aspects geo-physical, can be evaluated by its topography.
For the support of a settlement of the table by using the method of observation, the
scoring methods and overlay.
The level of support for a settlement in divided into three parameters of the physical
condition of the land in order to evaluate controller in the location. This is the result
of evaluation of each visualized in the area of the land to the land.
