Abstract
This study aims to find out how the Indonesian military-German cooperation in the era of
president Susilo bambang yudhoyono in 2012 - 2014. In this study, the authors use the theory of
national interest, national security, and military cooperation to answer research questions how
Indonesia-German military cooperation in the era president of Susilo bambang yudhoyono in
2012 -2014. The result of this research is the cooperation of Indonesian military - Germany
produces several cooperation programs in the military field, among others; procurement of war
equipment (TNI alutsista modernization), joint military training programs, defense industry
development, peace mission implementation, humanitarian aid, military logistics, and health
services.
