Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Hubungan Antara Dana Alokasi Umum dan Belanja Modal terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia Kabupaten/Kota di Propinsi DIY Tahun 2006- 2010”. Alat analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Dana Alokasi Umum Kabupaten/Kota di Propinsi DIY berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia Kabupaten/Kota di Propinsi DIY Tahun 2006-2010. Hal ini berarti, jika Dana Alokasi Umum Kabupaten/Kota di Propinsi DIY meningkat, maka Indeks Pembangunan Manusia Kabupaten/Kota di Propinsi DIY juga meningkat. Belanja Modal Kabupaten/Kota di Propinsi DIY berpengaruh positif, tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia Kabupaten/Kota di Propinsi DIY Tahun 2006-2010. Hal ini berarti, jika Belanja Modal Kabupaten/Kota di Propinsi DIY meningkat, maka Indeks Pembangunan Manusia Kabupaten/Kota di Propinsi DIY akan meningkat, tetapi tidak signifikan. Kata kunci : Dana Alokasi Umum, Belanja Modal, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia This reserach title is “Relationship Between the General Allocation Fund and Capital Expenditures for the Human Development Index in the Province of DIY Year 2006-2010”. Tools of analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. These results indicate that the general allocation of Regency / City in the province of DIY has positive and significant impact on the Human Development Index in the Province of DIY Year 2006-2010. This means, if the General Allocation Fund regency / city in DIY Province increases, the Human Development Index regency/city in DIY Province has also increased. Capital Expenditure Regency / City in the province of DIY has a positive effect, but no significant effect on the Human Development Index Regency/City in the Province of DIY Year 2006-2010. This means, if the Capital Expenditures regency / city in DIY Province increases, the Human Development Index regency/city in DIY Province will mingkat insignificant.
