Abstract

ABSTRACT PT. Geo Mining Energy Has 9.412 HA area of IUP exploration. Based on the result of field surfeys and exploration drilling activity with an area 1.940 HA. The coal have strike is relative southeast-northwest, dip direction to east, and dip is about 5-14º. By reserve estimation conducted at research area obtained convering material which must be removed by 31,2 million bcm with total coal reserves by 17,8 million ton. The maximum overall stripping ratio is 7:1. The problem of this research is unavailability of stripping cover material plan. Target stripping of convering materials are +3,2 million bcm every year. The life of mine coal is 10 years. The mining slope geometry to bench heigh is 5 m, 6 m of bench a width, 42o of single bench angle and ≤25o of overall bench angle. The width of hauling road is 17 m for straight one and 24 m for turning ones with super elevasi value of 4% from the road width.s The results obtained for scheduling every years for 10 years are : a. Year 1, the stripping material convering is 3.265.932,88 bcm and the coal production is 1.752.167,59 ton, with the stripping ratio (SR) is 1,86:1. b. Year 2, the stripping material convering is 3.326.774,47 bcm and the coal production is 1.828.569,43 ton, with the stripping ratio (SR) is 1,2:1. c. Year 3, the stripping material convering is 3.323.652,64 bcm and the coal production is 1.720.718,35 ton, with the stripping ratio (SR) is 1,93:1. d. Year 4, the stripping material convering is 3.154.258,05 bcm and the coal production is 1.813.189,59 ton, with the stripping ratio (SR) is 1,74:1. e. Year 5, the stripping material convering is 3.274.176,57 bcm and the coal production is 1.813.460,87 ton, with the stripping ratio (SR) is 1,81:1. f. Year 6, the stripping material convering is 3.076.315,56 bcm and the coal production is 1.843.153,09 ton, with the stripping ratio (SR) is 1,67:1. g. Year 7, the stripping material convering is 3.278.594,21 bcm and the coal production is 1.791.233,29 ton, with the stripping ratio (SR) is 1,83:1. h. Year 8, the stripping smaterial convering is 3.307.969,37 bcm and the coal production is 1.703.310,03 ton, with the stripping ratio (SR) is 1,99:1. i. Year 9, the stripping material convering is 3.218.008,19 bcm and the coal production is 1.763.063,21 ton, with the stripping ratio (SR) is 1,83:1. j. Year 10, the stripping material convering is 2.388.751,54 bcm and the coal production is 1.670.107,23 ton, with the stripping ratio (SR) is 1,43:1. Hording convering material carried on the disposal area is in the north-east of the pit. The evicting equipment will be used bulldozer Komatsu D85ESS-2A, excavating and loading equipment for stripping covering material will be used backhoe excavator Komatsu PC750-7, and transportation equipment that will be used dump truck Komatsu HD465-7.
