ABSTRAK
Skripsi ini membahas mengenai kepentingan Jerman dalam legalisasi
Undang-undang Integrasi Pengungsi. Menghadapi persoalan mengenai pengungsi,
pemerintah Jerman telah melakukan legalisasi Undang-undang Integrasi
Pengungsi untuk membantu pengungsi agar dapat segera berintegrasi di Jerman.
Pemerintah Jerman diharapkan mampu mengambil langkah yang tepat dan terarah
guna mewujudkan kepentingan nasional Jerman dibalik legalisasi Undang-undang
tersebut. Pada penjelasan skripsi ini, penulis menggunakan teori kepentingan
nasional untuk mengetahui apakah kepentingan Jerman dalam legalisasi Undangundang
Integrasi Pengungsi.
Skripsi ini diselesaikan dengan menggunakan studi kepustakaan didukung
oleh data-data sekunder yang berasal dari buku-buku, jurnal ilmiah, skripsi dan
tesis, dokumen resmi, dan internet. Hasil dari skripsi ini menjelaskan bahwa
kepentingan Jerman dalam melakukan legalisasi Undang-undang Integrasi
Pengungsi adalah kepentingan Self Preservation, Territory Integrity, dan
Economic Well Being. Melalui legalisasi Undang- undang tersebut, Jerman
menunjukkan bahwa negaranya mampu menangani persoalan pengungsi dan
mampu mewujudkan kepentingan nasionalnya.
Kata kunci: Kepentingan, Jerman, Legalisasi, Integrasi, Undang-undang Integrasi

German Interests in Legalization of Refugee Integration Act
ABSTRACT
This research criticize about German Interests in Legalization of Refugee
Integration Act. In dealing with problems relating to refugees, German
government has legalized the Refugee Integration Act to help refugees to integrate
quickly in Germany. German government is expected to take appropriate step and
directed to realize Germany's national interests behind the legalization of the Act.
In the explanation of this research, researcher used national interests theory to
know whether the interests of Germany in the legalization of the Refugee
Integration Act.
This research were collected using library research which supported by
secondary data sourced from books, scientific journals, thesis, official documents,
and internet. The results of this research explains that the interests in legalization
of Refugee Integration Act are Self Preservation interests, Territory Integrity
interests, and Economic Well Being interests. Through the legalization, Germany
shows its country has capable of handling refugee problems and able to realize its
national interests.
