Abstract
In November 2015, the Indonesian nation was shocked by the Cina claim to ownershipKabupatenNatuna of Natuna Islands in Riau province of Indonesia. Cina claims raises tensions between the two countries shortly and completed well so it does not interfere with relations between Indonesia – China. This article will be studied for wat reason China claims territory that rightfully belongs Indonesia government’s response to this problem. Key words : claim, territory, Indonesia, China.
