Abstract
This research aimed to analyze and obtain empirical evidence about the effects of sales growth, total asset turnover, intellectual capital and firm size to profitability. The research population was manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in period of 2013-2015 amounted to 180 companies. This research used purposive sampling method; the sampling obtained from this method is 60 companies. Analysis method of this research used multiple linie regression. The results of this research showed that total asset turnover, and intellectual capital has significant effect to profitability. Meanwhile, sales growth and firm size did not significantly affect profitability.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris tentang pengaruh sales growth, total asset turnover, modal intelektual dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap profitabilitas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia sepanjang tahun 2013-2015 sebanyak 138 perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dari metode tersebut diperoleh sampel sebesar 60 perusahaan. Metode analisis penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa total asset turnover dan modal intelektual berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas. Sementara itu sales growth dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas.
