Abstract

bidang pelayanan jasa kesehatan. Selama ini RSU Rajawali Citra mengukur
kinerjanya berdasarkan aspek finansial.
kepentingan/prioritas setiap Key Performance Indicator (KPI), Scoring system
19.

ABSTRACT
RSU Rajawali Citra is a company engaged in the field of health services. During this
RSU Rajawali Citra measure its performance based on financial aspects. The design
of performance measurement by the method of the Performance Prism is trying to
create a design on the performance of RSU Rajawali Citra and measure the
achievement of performance with key stakeholders including patients, employees,
suppliers and communities. Performance measurement in this study are also
supported by some other method of weighting the Analytic Hierachy Process (AHP)to determine the scaleof weights interests/priorities of each Key Performance
Indicator (KPI), Scoring System with the method Objectives Matrix (OMAX) to
determine the achievement of the performance of each the indicators and the
importance performance Analysis (IPA) to determine the KPI that require improved
performance based on the weight of importance and achievement of the
performance of RSU Rajawali Citra. RSU Rajawali Citra performance measurement
results of the design of the Performance Prism produced 34 KPI. 10 KPI on patients
stakeholders, 15 KPI on employee stakeholder, 4 KPI on the supplier stakeholder
and 5 KPI to community stakeholders. Calculations of performance measurement in
the RSU Rajawali Citra by using the OMAX obtained performance of 3.728, which
means the performance of RSU Rajawali Citra has not been optimal. Importance
Performance Analysis of KPI are still many who do not have the achievement of
satisfactory performance, especially on the KPI with a high weight but low attainment
such as KPI 3, KPI 5, KPI 6 and KPI 19.
