Abstract
ABSTRACT
Currently used motorcycle buyers determine the motorcycle choice based on
recommendations from others or recommendation of the used motorcycle market.
Meanwhile, the recommendations of the two parties memili weakness. If the
recommendation of the others, they would tend to suggest to buy a motorcycle like that
they have. If the recommendation of the used motorcycle market, its recommendations
confined to the motors available in the used motorcycle market is concerned.
Recommendations are given to the fact that both parties are often unable to meet the needs
of prospective buyers because of the subjective nature of the advice given by the two
parties.
To make recommendations more objective and can meet the needs of potential
buyers, it will develop a program to help facilitate prospective buyers in selecting a motor
that suits the needs of prospective buyers.
The auxiliary program is built using PHP for scripting language program, the
Apache web server as the local server, MySQL as a database manager and JQuery to
beautify the features in it.

ABSTRAK
Saat ini calon pembeli motor bekas menentukan motor pilihannya berdasarkan
rekomendasi dari orang lain atau rekomendasi dari pihak bursa motor bekas. Sementara itu,
rekomendasi dari kedua pihak tersebut memili kelemahan. Jika rekomendasi dari pihak
orang lain, mereka akan cenderung menyarankan untuk membeli motor seperti yang
mereka miliki. Jika rekomendasi dari pihak bursa motor bekas, rekomendasinya hanya
terbatas pada motor yang tersedia di bursa motor bekas yang bersangkutan. Rekomendasi
yang diberikan kepada kedua pihak tersebut sebetulnya sering tidak dapat memenuhi
kebutuhan calon pembeli karena sifat subjektif dari saran yang diberikan oleh dua pihak.
Untuk memberikan rekomendasi yang lebih objektif dan dapat memenuhi
kebutuhan calon pembeli, maka akan dikembangkan suatu program bantu untuk
memudahkan calon pembeli dalam memilih motor yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan
calon pembeli.
Program bantu ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa PHP untuk script program,
Apache web server sebagai server lokal, MySQL sebagai pengelola database dan JQuery
untuk mempercantik fitur di dalamnya.
